No details available. Compare with other ICs of Samsung's SA58450 family: ARM940T (200MHz), USB 2.0, LCD controller (16-level gray only), 4-channel 10bit ADC

This flash is available in 1GB configuration (K9K8G08U0A) and as 2GB dual chip flash, selected by chip enables (CE1, CE2).
A 4GB version of the same chip family is available (K9NBG08U5M Datasheet), which might be usable for clix, too.
U10 2GB shows an open place for another flash. 4 GB of flash might be supported. Taking two stacked 4 GB chips, even 8 GB are in reach.
