Post [How to] remove DRM from downloaded music
Question:

I just got my player and downloaded a bunch of music from iTunes\Napster and want to remove the DRM restrictions on these songs. How do I do this?

Short answer: No you can't, if you try your PC will explode and you will die!

Real Answer:


It is MR's position that DRM is placed on this music for a reason and to keep MR out of any legal ickyness we are not advocating the removal of DRM nor endorsing any method of same.

We will delete any threads that discuss this topic in an effort to protect MR from any associated litigation.

The internet is a big place and you folks can find anything if you look. Please just do not look for this information nor post anything related to this topic here.
