Sansa + iTunes (Gift cards)

So I bought the 11 y-o a 6gb Sansa because it plays videos and is flash-based. Anyway, someone bought him some iTunes gift cards (cuz they're morons unrelated to me) so he could DL some music videos. The problem is, iTunes videos are in M4V format, which is not supported by the Sansa, though almost every other video format is. So...how to convert the files into, say, MPEG4. The manual is not helpful and the included software doesn't do it. Would JetAudio Basic be the way to go? Or would WMP be of help (I've tried using it, but it gives an error message.).

Any help? Fingers in right direction?

If you have iTunes installed there might be a conversion utility for that.

Other than that, google is your friend. Just type M4V to MPEG4 and you will get lots of hits. Most of the hits will refer you to some utilities which canot be discussed here.

I thought such was the case. Delete, if necessary....
