Interruptions while playing songs

I have an H340 with the latest current build installed. Sometimes, when I start playing a new album (and only then, never in the middle of an album) there's a short interruption, sometimes two, at the beginning of the first song. It doesn't happen with all albums and it doesn't always happen with the same album. Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks in advance!

I had this problem until I installed the latest darky build. It's burried somehwere in the last few pages of the build thread. It's not a complete build, but rather a partial one. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll dig it up for you.

Thanks, I'll try Darky's build. Is it possible that my problem is caused by a theme or fonts in combination with a theme? When I was using Cabbie default with Nimbus 12, it occured on and off, and as far as I could tell, it was gone when I switched to Ultima.

I don't know, everything is so buggy, incomplete and unintuitive, your guess is as good as mine. I've found this build to be the least buggy so far:

Thanks for the link, I'll definitely try it. Nice thing about Rockbox is, if you don't like what you have you can always go back to what you had before.
