Small request - hiding extensions
Hi, I have a small request to make, would it be possible to hide the extension and or automatically add the extension when saving files such as playlists?
I feel it should be unnecessary to add ".m3u" when naming the playlist file, saving files is cumbersome enough without having to add those extra characters. Thanks. You may now proceed to shoot me down in flames.

i agree. but you do know that when typing a name for a playlist or cfg-file or whatever, you can move the cursor WITHOUT erasing the extension by pressing play while pressing back. it makes it a little easier, but sure it would be handy to not need the extensions.

I just tried saving a playlist and a config file without the extension.... and that doesn't work.
Using KOSH build. Can u try that again or explain us how it works?

Ok. If you save the playlist through Playlist Catalog -> Add to new playlist it does add the extension.f you go through Playlist -> Save current Playlist it doesn't.
