will this be better?

hi
im new to reading bout video here, and m wondering, is it possible in the future that rockbox video can be better than the iriver video, like more than 10fps ?? of is the maximun from iriver, 10fps, the max the player will EVER put out? thx

yes 10fps is the maximum. Full stop

it is due to a hardware limitation.

That's not true. In fact, I believe Rockbox's existing video plugin already plays video faster than 10fps on most targets (including the h3x0 models), albeit still without sound.

I get around 17fps currently, with full size (224x176) 469kbs video on rockbox.
