I just finished a color edit of the HiPod_Mod version posted above. I made it red to match my inskin that I use. This is my first time doing something like this so I guess it turned out pretty decent...

- Changed the ridiculous negative decibel value to a percentage (0-100).
Unfortunately, the 83 decibel steps don't match perfectly to the 50 percentage steps (2 at a time), but I prefer it.

If you require a real time clock on my wps then one will fit in nicely between the codec an bitrate/file number and battery status on the top shaded bar.

To add one open the .wps file in notepad and find this line (its near the top under the image files part): t6%al %pp of %pe%ar %?bc<charging... |power: %?bp<AC adaptor |%bl%% >>;t3.5%al %fc%ar%fbkbs

Then edit the line so it looks like this, the added text is in bold:

%ac%cH:Mc%t6%al %pp of %pe%ar %?bc<charging... |power: %?bp<AC adaptor |%bl%% >>;%ac%cH:Mc%t3.5%al %fc%ar%fbkbs

This will make the wps display a 24hour clock (00:00). If you require a different time display (12 hour etc...) then instead of the text in bold add the relevent code from here: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/vie...eal_Time_Clock

Thanks to Yngwiejo for helping me out with the battery icons and others who i have nicked backdrops off of . Though the pebbles, bamboo, curled leaf and river pics are all ones i've taken and edited .

This is my attempt on multi-font hybrid wps. Album art is 100x100px but when there is no album art found, the text will be centered. Originally i started this as based on the famous JClix-wps, but have come quite far from it now...

jClix_Field Revisited



After Sheva released some new background artwork several months ago, I did some more tweaking on my personal version of this lovely WPS. In addition to what I think is more crisp images, I "borrowed" some code and added limited hybrid album art support, which merely moves the text to the left with the absense of album art. I also darkened the menu background so text is more readable. Scrolling is not enabled in this WPS. "Fixing" this is a simple matter of adding '%s' to the text lines desired.

Maybe something for you to look into.
Heres what my virus scanner (NOD32) said about the file DGT1.3_album_art_mod _by_nSpecRacing.rar

File C:\Documents and Settings\------------\My Documents\Downloads\ DGT1.3_album_art_mod _by_nSpecRacing.rar is infected with probably a variant of Win32/Rbot trojan. The file can be deleted. It is strongly recommended that you back up any crucial data before you proceed.

It could also be a secondary infection from my computer.

It's a secondary infection on your computer, cause i just scanned my computer and that file specifically and its clean. I also checked my server, and its clean too. =) thanks for the warning though.

Here is an update of the non albumart version of the PJ_Ice WPS.
Should work with any recent official build (r15610 or later) - no patches are required.

UPDATE
-Fixed the remote viewers iconset (had a too long filename)
-Fixed the order of the codec images (SPC, APE and WMA were affected)
-Made the albumart version SVN compatible (text doesn't scroll anymore) and included it.

Remark: if you don't use replaygain and are annoyed by the "No replaygain!" image, just delete the file /.rockbox/wps/PJ_Ice_A/no_rg.bmp

I couldn't find a copy of this theme that'd work with the latest build, so I fix'd it myself. For anyone else interested, here it is. (Also: changed x-fade to repeat as mentioned by someone else somewhere)

Here is an updated version of the PJ_Ice_A WPS.
It uses viewports and image strips, so you need a recent official build (r17759 or later) - no patches are required.
The size for album art is 75x75.




UPDATE (June 23rd, 2008):
- Added codec image for MOD.
- Removed %m|| tags.
- Make use of conditional viewports (needs r17759 or later).

- Show song rating. If rating isn't set (or 0) show the autoscore. (Rating is shown as stars and autoscore as circles.)

- Fixed the font name in the .cfg ("nimbus-12.fnt" was renamed to "12-Nimbus.fnt"). You may need to install an updated font-pack (RockboxExtras < Main < TWiki)
