Easy way to install?

I really want RockBox but I don't want to do all the extra stuff you have to do to the firmware. Is there any easy install for it?

H3xx Rockbox Downloader

That is all there is on offer. The idea is that you understand at least what you are doing before trying and also that it is open source so why bother making it compiled for you then wasting bandwidth to have an uncompiled and compiled version on the site when an uncompiled one will do for all.

Ya know, the "extra stuff" kinda is fun, and you get the satisfaction that "you did it yourself." And it only takes a few minutes, in the end. Really.

You can find complete installation instructions here: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/vie...iver_jukeboxes

It really isn't very difficult to install. If you follow the step-by-step instructions, it should only take you a few minutes to do.
