Suggestions:

1. When you open up the plugin, it highlights the current day.

2. Function to add the time an event is starting when adding a note. You could select a time or just select "All Day".

3. Ability to add more than one event each day.

I think these would make it perfect.

would it be possible, that it reminds me on things, like birthday's etc. ?? i mean that if i would listen to music or after turning the player on, suddenly a "dang dang" sound and a "remind" screen would pop up?

@Xiang - I don't think that's possible because this is a mere plugin, if it was written into the code as part of rockbox and not operated seperatly as a plugin this may be possible, but in it's current state I don't think so.

This is what this thread is for. Calenda is still beta so there must be these type of bugs. I am pretty sure this will be corrected soon.

My guess is that it stands for General Public Release.
Maybe he wants to include this in the daily builds.

First, this is a very nice plug-in.
But the trouble I have is that anytime the iriver fw is used(i.e. charging) the RTC resets to Jan 1, 2040.

Yes, this happens with mine as well as probably everybody else using Rockbox. Even if you don't launch iRiver firmware and you decide to connect it to your computer system this will still happen unless you use Rockbox as your UMS interface.

Yes, I'm referring to the General Public License, which states that the source code must be available. As far as including it in the daily builds, it is not likely to happen unless the calendar is adapted to work on the other Rockbox targets.
