theme problem - how to report?

Hi all

I have a problem with the Headphone theme available from the rockbox site for H140 and rockbox build downloaded only yesterday.

Whenever I press play, disc light stays permanently lit with "loading..." message on the screen and everythin seems to hang. Only way out is resetting the DAP (which is annoying because I have an iSkin!)

anyone else have the same problem?
how should a report such a problem?
