dir read buffer

when i try to access my music on my h140 which has about 35 gb of music on it
i go into my music folder where all the artist folders are and it says
Dir Buffer
Is Full!!!

then after a second it shows the folders, but onnly a-o

i plug my iriver into my computer and it shows that i have more than just a-o folders,

how can i see all my folders at once or fix this problem
