ROCK.ENCODER - just another GUI for MEncoder/VLC
Hi, this is just another version of GUI for MEncoder/VLC.

Supports almost everything like TrueJournals' GUI, but has a bit more variety in choosing values of options, etc... Nothing special yet

Screen:


DOWNLOAD
In future:
Loading different ini-files.
A bit more information about files.
Any suggestions how to realize progress-bar?
etc?

Known bugs:
Vlc doesn't support cyrillic filenames?

The reason I limited the options is because, for instance, mpeg files do not support just any framerate. There are only certain framerates supported. (23, I happen to know, is not a supported framerate).
