Music Playback problems

My problem is that whenever I play any song on my h10 the songs keep skipping every few seconds, even without the default rockbox wps.

Does this wps you are using, does it have Peak Meters on it? That can cause skipping, but I am pretty sure later rockbox builds have fixed this. I would suggest trying another wps, just to make sure

nope, no peak meters. It seems to happen with all the wps's i have. And right after each time it skips, I hear a soft click from the hard drive. The remaining time on the wps also pauses for a second when it skips.

Does a simmilar problem also occur on the original H10 firmware? It sounds like you have a hardware problem, and not a software one...

Maybe you're using an equalizer preset? That caused skiping when I had rockbox on my h10 some time ago.

Sry for my English. I'm from Lithuania.
