Exclamation rockbox probems

hi i just got the ubdated verson of rockbox:Get Rockbox with Album Art here 5G/6G !!!!. and for somereason my songs has a screeching sound.any help with that?also for somereason i cant have a defult font.i went to Menu -> General -> Display -> Browse Fonts but the font that i installed are not there.my fonts are in the root folder and not in the rockbox folder.

Did you clear your settings? The fonts should be in the .rockbox folder (IIRC).

You clear your settings by clicking on the hold switch after you turn on your player.

THANKS YOUU.it workss by clearing..but i have another problem i dont no how to organize my music. how do i use the id3 database feature.i tried to understand the infromation from the rockbox site but i still dont get it.

after pressing initialize now, wait until the hd stops spinning. then power off the player and power it on again

You want to keep the file but remove it from database or you mean you deleted the file and now you want it removed from database? I don't know about the former (though I think it would be feasible through some tricks) but for updating the database, you'd want to (heh!..) update the database : 'General Settings'->'File View'->'Database'->'Update now' should do the trick. Probably still need to reboot after the disc has stoped spinning.

Go to Rockbox.org, click patches, and put in album art. There should be a listing in the patch area.
