Where to put patches?

Ok really sorry if it's been covered but the search function doesn't answer my question. I've downloaded all these patches and now i don't know where to put them. Yeah I know, rank noob thanks guys.

You have to add them into the source code. Try looking around the Rockbox site, and search for Compiling.
