Cannot create bookmarks
None of the bookmark features seem to be working. I cannot create bookmarks manually and it isn't asking me if I want to bookmark when I stop. Is this a known problem? Is there a way to get bookmarks working?

Is the menu visible? It should create a file <track>.bmark in the current directory If you open such a file it will start playing at the specified location. The "Recent bookmarks" menu can only be used if you enable "General Settings -> Bookmarking -> Maintain a list of recent ..." |

Whenever I select 'Create bookmark', nothing happens, no confirmation message, no error message- its as if I haven't pressed the 'o' button. I've tried showing all files and browsing to the location of the mp3 I wanted to bookmark, but there is no .bmark file to be found.

the only way i have been able to create a bookmark is by having it create one on stop, that works pretty much half the time. the other half, i get a bookmark failed error message. if i restart playback and stop immediately afterwards, a bookmark is created.
trying to create a bookmark does not work through the -> menu, pushing and holding play or -> does nothing, it has been like that since the first rockbox for h10 builds for me all the way up to daily build 112206. |

Ok I think I found something
It will not work if you are playing a playlist that has been modified (inserted or deleted tracks) The "Create Bookmark" menu is visible but will do nothing Dont know why this is coded this way |

Part right
Well yes and no. My experience with current builds on a 6GB H10 is that if you select a track via the Files menu then bookmarking DOES work as advised, i.e. when you stop playback or turn off the player, a bookmark is created aytomatically. But if you select tracks via the Database menu, which is using the ID3 database, then bookmarks are not created.
