[WPS] Black Glass Skin
Black Glass Beta 3.1.4
For Iriver H10 5/6gB

Last update: 21/10/06 (Fixed bug on the "Hold" image)

Here is a WMP11 based skin. It comes in 6 colors (Pure Blue, Orange Green, Panther, Win2 and Greenlee).

This skin is partially based on the Angryman's work (ZenPod skin for H10), John Connor's work (Aardvark for Ipod Video), tinkupuri's work (Vista Pleasure wallpapers), and pijuliu's work.

I tried the theam and it looks amazing!!

just a 2 questions...

how i can fix the text problam? I didnt changed the font to something else.. just load the theam (after resetting the settings) and the words are not where they are suppose to be (picture attached)?

how can I add album art (not necessary)?

YOu need a build with album art patch... Otherwise the code isn't interpretated correctly and also the text goes maybe in the wrong place because of this...

I can make a non-album art version, but only on the final release. For this, you'll need the Album Art patch. I don't know how to install it (so i can't explain how ), but you can install the Angryman rockbox's release wich include Album Art patch, and it will work fine.
Get Rockbox with Album Art here 5G/6G !!!!

Edit: Angryman is a bit faster than me

Adding song type's picture (MP3 - WMA - OGG - AAC only), the down's bar will be scrolled up from 1px (now with the new plugin i can do that), fixing bugs when no ID3 tags. Will also add next song title info with album art (with the news scrolling marges).

AND -> Creating a skins on the limpster55's idea.

Next release soon.

Install and test. But until you don't create UIsimulator, i can't make screens of my WPS as they are. I have to modify it to delete %C, and this time i have scrolling margins and i'll have to do it with photoshop maybe :/

You could it with screendump

The problem with the simulator is that it goes over 14MB zipped and i don't know how to shrink it...
all my simulators were as big ;-(

For the background, i'll integrate them only on the final version. This is much work, and if i'm doing that on every update, won't be easy.
And for the background, icons are transparent, so i have to make them for a background. But if you want a background, i can make it for you.

Edit: I can make the AA bigger when you hold the player. Will maybe do that but i have to work on the top bar before.

ok ive downloaded the build that was in the first post that had the paches and have downloaded the black glass wps and put files from wps into E:/rockbox./wps etc but how do i select the wps while using the player? when i browse themes and click say blackglass_9 te backdrops change bu not the wps, its stil the default :S im sure im making a stupid mistake but i am newto rockbox so please forgive me lol
