Battery Life
It seems as though everytime I turn off my Iriver and leave it for 2 or more days without even touching it. When I go to put it back on it shows me the no battery sign.

This happens to me so much. I know that I have fully turned it off, and I also lock it so it won't turn back on. But the battery life always finishes.

Any tips to help save this or can anybody identify a problem I may be commiting?

This is a known bug. The player freezes when going from sleep to off. I would make sure you have the latest firmware (either 2.51 or 2.53) or switch to Rockbox.

Are you using rockbox? In some builds, Rockbox has troubles turning off properly. Try updating (http://www.rockbox.org/cvs.shtml) if this is the case.
