What do they mean that RockBox is for Developers only?

"(Note that version 1 of the H300 bootloader is intended for developer's use only, and is not recommended for use by the general public.)"

Does this means that RockBox for H300 is Beta?

I am not a Developer so would I be a fool to install RockBox?

Most who have installed Rockbox on H3xx are not either.

It has not, however, been officially released.... so use at your own risk.
