Ok, I created an account in Rockbox Wiki and changed the russian keyboard layout to ABC and marked it as "verified".
hope its all ok and the russian issue is closed. is there any dev that agreed to implement the proposed kbd design?

I added hebrew layout, probably incomplete. Needs to be verified and completed.
@snoop58: I noticed, thanks. I'm not aware of any developer who's willing to implement it yet. I haven't added it to the feature request tracker, as I want the design to be well thought out before I do so. That way a developer "only" has to program it and doesn't need all his time for solving functional problems. (I am aware of the huge understatement)
