Rockboy - screen resolution...?

I installed RockBox recently and I think it's great. I'm just wondering, I was playing Pokemon Crystal on it and I noticed that about half of the bottom text was cut off. Will this be fixed? It's a little annoying to play games when you can't see the whole screen. I know it's still in CVS and stuff, I'm just wondering if it's getting fixed.

Also, will the speed of gameplay be fixed? I remember reading something about the iRiver LCDs not being good enough to handle Rockboy or something like that, but I just want to double check.

Flick the hold switch back and forwards to change the display mode. Gameboy games are more square than the iRiver's screen so lines muist be cut out.
