Help! I have an H10 that is about a year old...... it sat without being used for quite a while and now when I power up it says "System Files Missing to restore system files. connect H10 to iriver plus"

Does anyone know what this means? What is iriver plus? I tried the iriver web site but nothing comes up..... any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
