Important Notice - Customers of Vionic Technology & Affliates

Important Notice - Customers of Vionic Technology & Affliates</title>

For the attention of Customers of Vionic Technology Ltd & Affliates

Will all customers of Vionic Technology Ltd, aka. through their direct sales e-store -> http://www.mp3players.co.uk, and customers of their affiliates for whom faulty and distance sales returns are shipped to, please note :-

You may have sent distance returns & faulty returns to their RMA Returns department at the following address :-

Returns Department, 9 Cameron Close, Chatham, KENT ME5 0DD

This 'returns' address is no longer valid, as of around 2 weeks ago.

Therefore, any goods posted since then to this address - destined to be received by myself for testing, will be in the hands of the Royal Mail or Vionic Technology at their Nottingham address - this is due to the fact that since i ceased working for Vionic Technology around 2 weeks or so ago, i am officially no longer accepting goods posted to my address that involve customer returns of any nature whatsoever.

All goods in my possession, customers 'faulty' items and distance returns, at the time, were dispatched to Vionic Technology to handle three days later, since it was their responsibility to handle after my resignation from the company.

So, all goods that may have arrived at the recently-incorrect Returns address, in the last two or so weeks, have been refused at the point of delivery and customers should therefore contact the Royal Mail over their undelivered items.

Now, to close the subject ...

Since Vionic Technology have had adequate time to inform their customers that my address is no longer the correct destination to post return items to, and i am getting a little sick of receiving what i consider to be 'junk mail'....

Any RMA's that arrive to my address, as of Tuesday 5th October 2004, will be treated as 'junk mail', and will not be forwarded to Vionic Technology for handling.

Any items from customers which arrive from 25th October 2004 to my address, will be disposed of as per my policy of 'junk mail'

You have been duley notified, and so it's now your responsibility to ensure you post to the correct address - if you are given the wrong address by Vionic Technology, then it's their responsibility to compensate you for goods i dispose of as trash and/or junk mail, since the goods will be disposed of and not passed to Vionic Technology
