I-pod's interface not as original as thought??
Found this,
http://www.gizmodo.com/archives/appl...tly_enough.php Basically, this guy built a flash file/media browser and posted it for free on the web in early 2000, around the time of i-pods development. It bears a striking similarity to the i-pod's interface, including indentical animations. Interesting stuff, especially in light of Apple's recent push for a patent. Could be very hard for him to prove if he does not have a patent on the interface himself though.

That stinks. I'd be pretty pissed if some huge company bootlegged my ideas and hard work to call their own, just because they have the resources to do those kinds of things.
What can he do now though? If apple gets that patent he's dead in the water.
