Less then wonderful review of ipod mini from Cnet

In the past anything that Apple made automaticlly got a 10 out of 10 from Cnet. I think there was some spit swaping going on between Apple and cnet JMHO.

Now it seems they are toning down the ipod raves....guess someone at Cnet actually used one of those POS apple players and the battery died in short order.

Um...I know I'm reading the same thing, but I didn't notice any real bad remarks about it. I think they just made some general observations that were incredibly obvious to everyone else...prolly just to not catch flack about it.

As for the user reviews. I hate those morons on that web site. The reviews are usually written by some 12 year old idiot who has never even touched said product. That's the worst place on earth to get a fair/balanced review. C.net sucks period. There's either always major brown nose asskissing going on, or severe and biased/paid off zealotry going on. Same mess as over at that Nazi's website, Toms Hardware. That guy will give anything a good review if the company gives him a shout out. Turd.

The only very well known place (to Joe Public) that seems to do fair and unjudgemental reviews, is IGN.com. I forget the dudes name, but he's done the IHP , Karma , Ipod etc ..and it seems that he's the least biased of all those tech reviewers, who happens to be on a popular site.
