Sub-contracted personell can account for ALOT of people. Those types who aren't on Irivers actual payrol and act as outside sources can be very beneficial to companies who hire on a contractual basis. It's not as cut dry-black/white as you may think. When there's a will to save money, only the inventive (devious, clever, cunning, deceptive etc..) will remain on top.
