Appears to be straight price with no rebate.

If you're looking for a nice 30g hard drive player, that's a deal that is hard to beat.

They also had a 30gb Creative Vision M online for $199 after rebate, but now it's gone. I got my H340 there a few years ago. They seem to change their DAP offerings regularly.
