Mpeg1 Conversions

Hi All,

I want to convert some mpeg1 video clips using the iRiver Plus3 software (3.2.4.5). The software says that the codec does not exist so it cannot convert. I have the codecs on my PC as both WMP Classic and Nero Show Time Essentials can play the file. Any ideas ??

I've found Iiriverter does a pretty good job with mpeg 1 files, including VCDs. VirtualdubMod is pretty decent too, but both occasionally seem to have slight audio sync issues with mpeg1.
