2 same artists

ok, so I have put my music from computer to X20 through MSC...
I had 2 songs from "Led Zeppelin"
But when I try to listen to it as I go to "Music" -> "Artists", I see 2 names (Led Zeppelin) like:
Artist:
Kevin Little
Kidrock
Led Zeppelin
Led Zeppelin
Lemon Demon

its listed twice...
I checked my music folder to see if there was something wrong but no:

and when I tried to play a song, it was named "02-Far Away"... this is how it was named the first it was put in X20... and so, I renamed it "Far Away - Def Tech" (<-the appropriate name) and I transferred it to X20,, but it didn't make any change...

Also when I turn on my X20, It always shows a screen of now playing (always a song which name starts with "A"...

Please Help me! Thank You!

The x20 builds its music library using the id3 tag rather than the filename. Check the id3 tags on your files to make sure Led Zeppelin is spelled the same in all files (including spaces). There is also a problem whereby the x20 doesn't always seem to update the music library if you change the id3 tag on a file that is already on the player. You have to delete the file and and upload it back onto the player again to force it to update its music library. It's a bit of a pain...

does that mean also the same name of "album"
because I did click the property and made sure that they are named the same ... the only difference is just album names.. and so they are still 2 same artists listed on my x20.. (also deleted and reput them)
any solution?
am i supposed to use iTunes to fix this prob instead of iriver?
