Why can't I add station names to the tuner on my x20?

I've followed the instructions on the iriver plus 3 software and according to the manual, "After entering a station name and frequency in the channel you want, click the Save to Portable Device button to save them to the product."
The problem is it allows me to add a frequency but not a station name. I've tried using the tab button, arrow buttons, double clicking on the relevant box, the lot, and still can't get the station name box to open.
Can I assume from this you can't actually add a name, or am I just an idiot and missing something really bloody simple and obvious?

I couldn't figure out a way of doing it. I don't think the x20 supports it.

Yeah, I thought that might be the case. Always worth checking though.
