cant start up my x20 :(

ok, so lastnight i unplugged the USB connection after i put several songs on my x20,, then, it says "Build Library" and so i left it for awhile,, but after 5 mins, i checked to see if it were done oranizin my music library.. but it still gave me the same message.. but it was Frozen... so i was forced to turn it off by takin off the battery.. then, i switched it on again,, but the same error.. but in addition to that, it also says "Initializing" in a blue screen... its Frozen and i cant do anything to fix it.. when i plug it to my pc, my pc doesnt detect any usb connection,, so i cant even try to delete music on it... i guess its because the iriver is not turned on,, because while its initializing, it freezes..
im deseparately waiting for some solution,, i have 3 years contract but i bought it outside my country ... and i might have to mail it oversea..

So, you only waited 5 mins. during the "Build Library" screen until you just took off the battery? That's where you went wrong bud. Should've waited longer. Mine goes through a long "Bulidling Library" screen as well after i put new songs on the micro-sd or save some playlists. But I give it time before i do anything drastic. You may have screwed it up when you took off the battery while it was doing its thing.
