Question Need help with transfering music from iriver plus 3 to x20

Please help me to transfer my music using iriver plus 3 to my x20. I read the instructions but don't really understand it. I do what the instructions say but it dosen't work. I can't find the red button with the arrow for transfering the files. Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to do this asap coz i am giving this to a person for a present. Thanks

I just select the files (not with the checkboxes but with a click by holding dtrl button) and drag and drop them at the bottom of the window (at the iriver's) place.
Then the transer starts....
You can also copy them using windos explores. Into "My Computer" by copying the songs at the removable or x-20 device.

I think i've had the same problem before. Have you tried disconnecting and maybe even restarting your computer and then trying again? That might do the trick. I just drag and drop music files from my computer onto the x20s drive and that saves a lot of grief and irritation. I'd go that route if I were you.
