X20 resume?
OK, so we have 2 X20's. Mine works fine and when I am playing a playlist, stop the music, turn it off, and turn it back on again, it starts right where I left off. The other one however, when you play a playlist on it and stop in the middle, turn it off, turn it back on again, it goes to the beginning of the "play all" section, aka alpha-order playing everything on the player. Also on the player that the resume doesn't work on, if you go into an individual artists play all (there were 6 songs on the one I did it for), skip to the middle, turn off, turn back on, it starts right where it left off. I haven't found any resume settings on the player or specs in the manual about that. I would think it was a software bug if it didn't work perfectly on mine. We tried reformatting the player and reloading the playlist but to no avail. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Thanks.

I'm interested in this as well. The main thing I would use it for is audiobooks and I don't want to have to go and find the place I was up to each time I turn it on. Is the resume function a feature (hope so) or a bug that might get fixed in a patch later on?
Does anyone else experience the resume? |
