Convert dvd to avi & play on x20 problem
I have try imtoo dvd to divx/dvdx/xilisoft to convert a dvd to avi, but it can't play on x20, I need to use iriver plus 3 to convert these avi again so it can play on x20. I also use badak to convert rmvb to xvid, it can play on x20 but after I FWD the moive, the picture & sound can't be synchronize.
Does anyone know which software can convert a dvd to avi directly (without using iriver plus 3 convert the avi again) and make it synchronize even I FWD the movie?? |

Anthoer question:
If I don't use the original DVD disc to convert, because I use dvd decrypter & save the .vob & .ifo in my harddisk before, how can I choose the audio track & subtitle track before convert to avi in iriverter? And which .vob/.ifo I need to choose?? |

Actually iriverter will not save your subtitles. AutoGK will save it but it won't integrate in the avi file it self. It will rather create a subtitle file and it can be used along with VobSub to display on your computer while playing the movie.
When you choose to encode your dvd you will need to check the size of the ifo file and choose the biggest one "there will be other ifo files in lower sizes, those are probably the menus or the pre's/extras and stuff" Good luck |
