iRiver x20 Questions

Does it always "rebuild the library" after its disconnected?

Is it really disconnected through Safety Removal Tool or the Button on iRiver Plus 3 because it still makes the disconnecting sound on Windows XP after its been "Safely removed"?

The "Portable Database Update" button isnt there. How do you sync the product with iRiver Plus 3?
