Decisions, x20 vs h10

Hello

For those who want to get straight to the point, should I get the X20 or H10 (and then install Rockbox on it - only recently learned about Rockbox and got interested).

Now the reason why i'm deciding between them, is that I 'owned' a H10 20gb, but it died and couldnt get repaired.
Luckily i bought the extended 2yr warranty (didnt really want to buy it just got suckered into it) and now i'm being given the option to either:

*Get a new H10 20gb (or a substitute of similar specs, so they say)
or
*The current market value (RRP is ~AU$249 minus $40-50, so roughly $200ish) as a cash replacement, which would then be used to buy the X20 (which is going for about $299 at Jb hifi, but could get lowered to $259).

Now I have read the specs of the X20 from the Iriver site, and I'm impressed, But i would like to hear of any problems that owners of the x20 may have experienced (if there are any), as well as if they were able to resolve those issues, either through own solutions or with firmware updates.

I apologise if any of the above has been covered/discussed/mentioned before.
