T50/T60 manual and shuffle question

Hi,

does anyone know where I can download from the manual of the T50/T60?

Another question: does the shuffle mode work correctly?
I mean, a lor of player have problem with shuffle mode because they repeat always the same subset of files or repeat one file before having played all files at least once.
