Problems recording from FM radio

I have a 2GB EU T10 with FM radio running v1.76 firmware. There are two problems when recording from the FM radio:

(1) after recording using the FM reserve, the T10 will not start up. The battery has to be taken out and re-inserted to enable it to start again;

(2) resume does not work with FM recordings. If you try to resume a recorded programme the T10 enters record mode instead. Entering the recorded programme through the browser starts it from the beginning.

Has anyone else experienced these problems?

Does anyone have a solution to them?
