Question iriver T30.....My PC s not recognising my player

Hi.... i have bought iriver T30 few months before.....my player s working properly and wen i connect my player with my PC to transfer data...... my PC(Windows XP proffesional with SP2 and windows media player 10) s not recognising my player.... but am getting a "USB connect" message displayed in my player......I have checked my USB with different computers..... it s working properly..... so i think the problem s with my Player's USB port.....
