Pls İriver T10 1gb radio problem HELPPP!!:(
hi i want to ask you a question almost 1 month ago i take iriver T10 1gb there was no problem about radio but now my iriver radio dont work i choose radio from menu and i start search but there is no radio station the machine cant find radio station it only search.What may be the problem pls help me two days ago there was no problem i download some mp3 files from internet and i take them my iriver after that the radio dont work...Thanks...I wait your answers....

is the headphone plug all the way in? can you play the mp3s? did it come with iriver plus 2 or 1?

it can play mp3 there is no problem also i tried another headphone but there was no change.I didnt upgrade new firmware when i bought it has 1.71 firmware.I downloaded some mp3 file from internet and take them into my iriver afterthat i realize the radio didnt work.I format my iriver but there is no change.It doesnt work...

can you acess the radio but not get any station at all? check what kind of firmware you upgraded to. it must be for a non-pure version i.e for a player with radio. You can try unloading the particular songs and then try. the headphones work as antenna so make sure they are ok and plugged in properly

i can access radio in menu and i can search but it cant find any radio station it only search from 87.5-108.0.When i bought the iriver i had 1.71 firmware i didnt change mtp-->ums or i didnt upgrade any firmware.Also i changed its headphone but it didnt work the with the new one...I can hear mp3 there is no problem....(

Can you tune in a station manually, i.e. without searching? Have you tried re-updating the firmware?

i can searc manual but there is no change and there is no voice i didnt change its firmware when i bought it it has 1.71 firmware mtp..

He means you should upgrade your firmware with Iriver Firmware Updater.

Upgrade or, if you at the most recent release, run through it again. Since the player can go UMS<-> MTP, switch to UMS and then back.

I'm not sure about the T10 1GB but have you tried :
-Settings
- Advanced
- Load Default
This solved a problem on my T10 2GB FM (Screen Saver was suddenly gone)

This is exactly what happened with my T10 with UMS. radio worked great. Used it to record regular radio program. Then one day gon baby gone. FM shows up but can find no stations and no sound. Sound is fine in all other modes. Weird I say. What say all you iriver mavens? Help
