Is it a bug? Need help (T20)

Hello, I have iriver T20 fm. My Player was working fine for 2-3 months after I'd bought it. But later it started having 2 problems:
1. Sometimes when I unplug it from my pc after charging it hangs. After I unplug it the light on the player screen is still lit up and on the screen is shown that my player is still connected to computer, though it actually isn't. At this state player hangs. None of the buttons work, and the lit up sreen with the picture showing it's connected to pc is shown till the battery runs out (it takes about 24 hours). After that I connect it to my pc again with a hope it won't hang this time when I unplug it. And if that happens nothing helps, buttons don't work, and if I connect ir to my pc again nothing happens and my pc doesn't recognize my player when it's in such state.
2. Sometimes my player also hangs after turning it off. I just turn it off after listening to the music for some time. And when I try to turn it on again after few hours or on the other day it just doesn't turn on. The screen doesn't lit up and buttons don't work and connecting to pc doesn't work too. Player just don't show any signs, Computer doesn't recognize it too at such state. After some time ( a day or 36 hours) when I try to turn it on again T20 shows that the battery is empty and that I should recharge it. This time when I connect it to pc everything is normal.
Both of these problems persists. Sometimes everything's ok for a week, sometimes for too, sometimes it works well even for a month, but these problems continue to persist, and I can never know when it will happen again... I have my player maybe for 8 months and these problems started some 5-6 months ago. It's hanged somewhere 16 -20 times till now and if I won't do anything it'll continue like that. I've reinstalled the software ofcourse, that helped maybe for a month, or maybe it didn't help just I was lucky and problems didn't happen, but later it started again. And obviously,as I'm here my player doesn't work now... I know if I take to to the service center today they'll keep it for one day and tomorrow it will be working, so they'll just charge it and say that everything's working well... So I'm writing here to ask if someone had these problems, and maybe they found a way to deal with them. Ofcourse, any reasonable advice is welcome by anyone who knows what might help.

That really isn't good behavior for the thing, so assuming it's still under warranty you should be able to get it fixed/replaced. In the meantime, have you tried hitting the reset button when it hangs? You need to use a pin to do so, there's a small hole on the end of the player.

Oh, I see, a reset button... he he, I guess I should reed manuals more... XD I'll try next time when it hangs

That hapend to me to but i just clicked the RESTART buttom

Although it does delete the pirctures that came with it
