T10 NapsterToGo Problem
I purchased a T10 for my Daughter's birthday recently. Whilst I am able to burn CDs to it, I am unable to download individual tracks from my NapsterToGo Library.
I have contacted Napster who have said that I should contact iRiver because in WMP 10 the letter e in brackets is displayed next to IRiver T10, which shows there is a problem with the device. However, despite numerous attempts, I'm yet to receive any respone whatsoever. So, does anybody know of an iRiver email address or helpline where I can get some help or is it something straightforward that you can advise me on. If it is the latter, please explain in very simple terms as, to be honest, I haven't got much of a clue! Many thanks. |

I would suggest a firmware download upgrade using the v 1.50 iriver down-loader/upgrade software that is free from off of any of their sites.
Make SURE you ALWAYS use a fresh battery for any time you wish to upgrade the firmware. I would also use a battery with at least 50 percent life reported by the remaining power graphic at the top right hand of your T10's screen for when synching any files to it. Actually, for any input/output use. I have two T10's and have download/sync problems with either of them I run: XP Pro Explorer 7 (full release) WP 11 (full release) |
