Audio Problems with T10 2GB

Hoi there,

besides all problems with the software on the T10, I now have problems with my T10. After some time of playing, it starts scratching and then the sound is gone.....does anyone has the same problem????

Thanks

I own the one and two gig model. I have never heard of this symptom. I suggest you reinstall your firmware, and/or update to the latest for your model.

Do this ONLY with a FRESH, new battery installed. That should take care of your problem. You might have a corrupted firmware as well as you exposed possibly your player to a strong magnetic influence unaware or not.

Try the firmware update as the first resort.

Problem with T10

I had this "problem" for about an hour. Turns out my headphone was not plugged in all the way!! I hope you're similarly lucky!

I changed the earphones now and hope that this is the problem - but I dont think so. I suppose it is a bad contact in the player. Need to fix it like in the old IFP player...

Quality is not as it was some years ago
