Unhappy I cannot copy file to t10 2G (MTP)

I buy the T10 2G from america.
When i recieve i connect to my PC at office, It can copy.
But when I go to home and connect to my laptop, It cannot copy.
The error message popup when i drag file to T10 player "Cannot copy xx.mp3: The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected."

I use:
xp service pack 2
window media player 11

I test:
1. change usb port to every port of my laptop.
2. change usb cable.
But it cannot copy and popup same error message above.
