T10 Problems
Well, I tried to upgrade the firmware and the program froze halfway through. I disconnected the player and turned it off, and now the bastard won't power back on.
Anyway, I contacted iRiver support and it all boiled down to them telling me to give them the serial number, and they will set up the RMA. A friend gave me this player, and I do not have the documentation. The serial number is not on the outside label. I have found a sticker inside the battery compartment with a pretty long number on it. Could someone check this against the player's serial and tell me if this sticker is the serial number? Thanks! |
