T10 with 1.70 UMS f/w - how to reflash ?
I just created with h3mod my custom skined soft, based on as well 1.70 UMS f/w (hex file).
Now my question is how to reflash my player ? I tried to upload file T10.hex to root directory, but nothing happened (there's no F/W upgrade option in advanced neither after turning on the player). I tried also other file names (T10P, T10_MTP, T10_MPURE) but with no success. I got EU version (without FM radio) if this does matter. Anyone got idea what i'm doin' wrong ? PS. Why there's no info in FAQ on reflashing UMS based T10 ?

Are you sure you had the correct firmware? It won't do anything if you try
to flash it with a non-pure version. You can get the correct one here: http://www.iriverplus.com/tools/UMS/..._ENG_UM_NO.ZIP. The file inside should be named T10_PURE.HEX.

Thank you.
My problem was bad f/w version - for NON pure version of T10. Now i changed my skin using h3mod, then copy T10_PURE.HEX to root directory of player, turned it on and flashing process begun. With success
