Can you elaborate a little?
For instance do you want headphones or earbuds? Do you want to block out external noise? And probably most importantly what price range are you looking for? |

There are also loads of headphone questions on this site that may be easier reading than waiting for answers...

if you like clip-ons, then the Koss KSC75 are hard to beat for the price... they are widely regarded as being equal or better than phones 2 or 3 times their price...

i understand that there must b already lots of threads here regarding earfones/headfones, but i wanted to know about their technical aspects as well.
Earbuds are preferred, clip-ons wud b great. as for price, max limit is 40$. what i wanted to know besides its sound quality was that which would help in better reception for FM too.does having the neo**** magnet in speakers helps? |

Earbuds ? Max limit $40 ? Sharp MD33S !
They're only available in japan but you can easily buy them on audiocubes.com. These little ones are absolutely wonderfull, amazing sound, from bass to treble, sound great with all kind of music, good isolation & excellent sensitivity (very good for battery life). Everything else just sound like crap since I got mine

I still like my Sennheiser MX-750 earbuds even though I switched to an AKG k27i. The MX-750 have an incredibly clear and powerful sound with strong, tight bass response. Here in The Netherlands you can actually find them quite cheap, around $10.
Noise shielding is very poor with these earbuds, though... |

Another recommendation for KSC75.

I don't know about FM, but if you don't mind in-ear earbuds, I'd advise Shure e2c's. I don't have them, but I have seen really good reviews on this board and it is often recommended.
