T30 or T10?

Could someone please list the main differences between these two players and tell me which they think is the best.

Thanks.

go for 2gb T30

Hey

The 2gb T30 has an FM radio, at least mine has (bought in Australia). I cant see the point of getting a T10 as it is larger and more expensive. True the T10 has AA bats with more life than T30 AAAs. Also, the T30 has a line in.

I own a T10 1GB pure that I purchased for a small 130 Euro. The T10 has a 20-30 hours battery life bonus compared to T30. I usually use my T10 in all sorts of activity, and if you're using it in agile activities accidents will happen, if you are using it for 6 months. I dropped mine from 1 metres or so outside, and it got a 2cm scratching or so, no more. I wouldn't feel very comfortable dropping the T30 or a IFP-395(http://img.clubic.com/photo/00035021.jpg), that I owned, even with its nylonwrapper. I see the T30 as a more sophisticated and elegant player and a voice recorder, and the T10 as the more durable and long-lasting player made for heavy activity.
One isn't better than the other, it's a matter of what you need.

T10 and T30 are almost the same
Size is almost the same, there are very few milimiters in difference, I don' t see the point there.

T10 has more battery life, it's more elegant, has a belt clip, and color screen that needs backlight to be seen.
T30 has line in, a screen that can be seen without backlight, controls are not comfortable, and it's not the best design out there.

search froogle for 1GB T10. there are a couple of refurb players for $65 plus shipping. there are refurb T30 for under $50 plus shipping also through froogle. anyways I vote for the T10 because of the longer battery life.

You can find refurbished 1GB T30s all over Ebay. Most of them end up around $50-$60, but you could pay even less.

I've got an E10 but still use my old T10 from time to time and think it is a great player. My wife bought the T30. IMO the controls are well laid out on the T10 in such a way that I never had to look at the player when it hung off my belt (using the built in clip). I never really liked the button layout on the T30 nor the lack or radio.

Line in is useful though if it's a feature you will need.
