Computer will not recognize T10
Hello all,

I got a refurbished T10 1GB and I updated my player to Window Media Player 10. My computer will try to find a driver for it, and after a min or so it will not find anything. So any suggestions? I know i need to update the firmware, but I cant get the computer to recognize it to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
