I have the 1GB T10 but I cannot transfer any of my OGG music files to it, when I try to drag and drop them to it it says that the file format is not supported and I should try to convert it though Windows Media Player but that is not supported either, my iriver firmware is MTP V1.04
Does anyone know how to fix this? It is supposed to support Ogg files! |

Your best bet would be to convert your T10 from MTP to UMS.
This is done very easily thanks to irivers official updater http://www.iriveramerica.com/downloa...areUpdater.zip Once your device is UMS you should have no problem with drag n droppin OGG files. |

You can go back to Mtp anytime you want. But if you don't want to convert simply upgrade the firmware to mtp 1.7 and then you should be able copy ogg files to DATA directory.

I don't use playlists. But my advice is: SEARCH THE FORUM and I'm sure you will find something on creating playlists for your ums player.

MTP saved for now
The problem with transfering .ogg files has been solved in WMP11.
But you still have to transfer them in explorer, because WMP11 still don't support playing the files, only allows you to drop them in the music folders off the player. Earlier you could only drop them in the DATA folder. WMP11 is much better then WMP10. Thank God for that |
